About Richard Zernell

I was born and raised in Delaware County Pennsylvania,with my family the youngest of 4 boys, I graduated from Chichester High School and attended Culinary Arts school. I worked in the food industry before settling in with Chester Jensen Co. and the United Steelworkers for 17 Years. In 2000 It was time for a career change and real estate became a passion and I earned my Delaware Real Estate License!
